what are the requirements and general stats of a good mph applicant??

and what kind of activities for those who have been invovled in public health are good to do in college??

A major component is what schools you are interested in applying too.

Most schools require GRE scores no less than 5 years old with a combined score of 1000 or higher (depending on the school). Minimum GPA of 3.0. Activities could include volunteer/work experience (i.e. peer counselor, health educator, etc). Again, this depends on the school.

I would honestly suggest looking at the MPH programs you are potentially interested in and see what the individual requirements are.
