What is the limit for buying loupe?

Hi, I was told to read chapter 7 of the student handbook in regards to this issue but I have not yet found the answer for it yet. I was wondering what is the limit that the Army would pay for loupe. And just to confirm, light is not included in the reimbursement right?

You may want to check Chapter 7 paragraph 7-7. hhh. It gives the reimburseable cost and the fact that headlamps, LEDs and engraving is not covered. Also,they have to be REQUIRED for all students at your school.

Army will pay for the least expensive pair REQUIRED by your school during the YEAR that is required.
