between saying OHE or saying spay? What does OHE mean? :confused:

OHE = Ovariohysterectomy. Same as saying spay.
Different number of syllables.
People like acronyms? Who knows.
 
Yep, they're the same. I've also seen OVH for ovariohysterectomy, too.
