What if you only want to use Kaplan's library, no instruction or books?

I thought I saw somewhere that someone said you could use Kaplan's library for $400. It was posted recently. I was trying to find the post but I couldn't. So is this for real. If so I would definitely be interested. Who know's about this?

Never heard of it. Only thing I can think of that sounded like that was the guy who wanted to retake Kaplan and someone said it was about 400. I doubt you can use the library without being in the class.
