What factors led you into a plastic surgery specialty?

I am a student who will enter medical school, and I ask, how did yall figure out what specialty you wanted to enter? (of course for you guys it would be plastics) What type of personality/abilities/interests normally lead into a field in plastic surgery? What type of skills do you need, both mental and physical, that one would need to be a successful plastic surgeon?
