What does Dr Collins 2016 w 2017 updates mean?

Will I get all the same content included in 2017 or will something be missing? I know someone selling the 2016 supposedly with 2017 updates for very cheap. Thanks.

With Dr collins, it mostly the same concept for study guides. The different part is they will update more questions to practice each year. That's it.
