what do u think about MRCP , really need expert opinion

hey guys,,, i want to have a clinical experience in a good cardiology center,, so i thought of MRCP , which is also a good postgraduate title,,, the problem is i dont know if mrcp alone (without PLAB) is enough to let me work in UK and have that clinical experience i want....
also is there a big differnece between UK and USA in cardiology??

lool ... about the commas , never thought of that till now . ill try to use dots anyway ...
about the title , thats totally into cardiology, cause as regards Uk ,, there is not cardiology certificate exam , so the only option is MRCP , in my country lots of doctors of cardiology aim for MRCP as a recognized degree ... but as i said in my title, i need to know more about it from any expert here...
clearly also no replies arrived to my question , only grammar comments!!
