What are the three new schools opening?

I saw a reference on the Optometry forum about three new schools opening in the next few years. Does anybody know where these schools will be?

I am not sure about 2 of them.. but I know WesternU in California has its first entering class Fall09

Western University, Midwestern, and The Incarnate World I believe is the third one. Western is the only one accepting applications at this time the other two I think will start accepting applications starting in Feb. Hope this helps PM me if you need more info.
