what are the highest incomes you've heard of in private practice psychiatry?

What are the highest incomes you have heard of in private practice? And if you know the amt of hours worked for the salary you are giving, can you mention that too (since that makes a huge difference)? Also can you mention whether you are talking about a fellowship trained doc, and the area they live in (i.e. whether its a rural place or major city?)
