Hi besties! here is my list and stats: any input would be appreciated! I honestly have no idea how to make a better list at this point

MCAT: 522- 129,131,130,132

sGPA:4.0

cGPA:4.0

white female

Arizona Resident

research- 145 hrs rat lab, 380 hours chem lab no publications/presentations but I ran two individual projects, 250 in bioethics research culminating in senior thesis

service (nonmedial)- 1000 hrs teaching HIV/AIDS prevention curriculum in AZ and Tanzania

service (clinical)- 120 hrs as a COVID-19 Case investigator for the Maricopa County Department of Health, 120 hours hospice volunteer

clinical hours: 300 paid (habilitation care specialist), 180 shadowing

other stuff: 200 hours as chief of staff for an international NP, I was an RA for 2 years, 2 semesters teaching assistant, 1500+ hrs as a preschool teacher during college, president of college service dog club (focused on community education and training dogs), was on the ASU Ultimate frisbee team for 2 years

gap year plans: I will being doing an MPhil in Philosophy of Medicine at Cambridge UK

undergad: ASU, honors college

LORs: will be very strong

School list: Harvard (lol), yale, Stanford, Mayo (x2), Columbia, Icahn, NYU(x2), Penn, Cornell, UW, WashU St.Louis, UMich, Northwestern, Pritzker, UoA Phoenix (in state), Case Western, Georgetown, OHSU, Brown, Dartmouth, Boston, Emory, GW, Hofstra, Einstien, UConn, Rosalind Franklin, Tulane, Kaiser

thank you so much for any input! I want to send it for the T20s ( I know its a long shot but gotta try) but Im worried I don't have enough mid levels....

You should receive several interviews from your list. You could add any of these schools:
UCSF
Duke
Mount Sinai
Rochester
Pittsburgh
Ohio State
Cincinnati
Remove Rosalind Franklin and UConn since they will "yield protect". If UW is U Washington on your list remove since they accept less than 1% of applicants who are not from states in the Northwest.
