Westchester Vs University of Chicago ( northshore)?

Actually, I am a residency applicant, for my rank order list, I just wanted to know which program should I rank higher based on reputation and overall fellowship placement(Cardiology/GI) perspective..?

Westchester medical center/ New york medical college ( University program)

University of Chicago (Northshore)

I'm not sure about their IM programs, but Westchester Medical Center's cardiology program is phenomenal and in my opinion significantly better than Northshore.
