Your sister attends their medical school? If she does, it would be easy to learn from her experiences in advance. It being significantly cheaper and close to family is a major plus as well.

The ranking difference is pretty negligible. Take the cheaper school that’s close to family.

This seems like a no-brainer. 15 spots higher in an arbitrary ranking system does not warrant moving far away from home to live in a more expensive city and pay more in tuition.
