WANTED: Morris Cody books - FPGEE!

Does anyone have any updated Morris Cody manuals they can sell me?

Or alternatively, does anyone (who's written the FPGEE) know if the older versions of the MC manuals (2001) are still adequate for the FPGEE? Any help would be much appreciated!! : )

I purchased them, read them ONLY once, and passed the exam in June 2007.
