You could remove Toledo, Penn State, Rosalind Franklin, Albany, U Illinois (OOS tuition much higher than your Michigan schools), Quinnipiac.
You could add any of these schools:
Washington University (in St. Louis)
Northwestern
Hofstra
USF Morsani
Miami
Georgetown
NYU
Kaiser

What is your exit strategy with your non-profit? If you don't have one, I would scratch off schools that are way outside Michigan. Keep any remaining schools near you in Michigan, Ohio, Illinois. You should get a lot of play in-state and the surrounding schools. Check for any schools that have programs addressing food insecurity within the curriculum; there aren't many that do this.
