Made one of these before but some things have changed since then so I wanted to get an updated school list/ gauge my chances to see if ill have to take another gap year. Applying this cycle. Thanks in advance!

- N/A
7. Shadowing experience and specialties represented
- DO shadowing family med, 15-20 hours, writing me a letter
8. Non-clinical volunteering
- 225-250 ish hours working in food pantry and continuing
9. Other extracurricular activities (including athletics, military service, gap year activities, leadership, teaching, etc)
tutored for a semester.
- in my second gap year, spent the first one working as PCA now Iv moved home and am volunteering and helping parents with the family business, also took 2 community classes as post bacc, and both profs also wrote me letters.
