WAMC? Take MCAT again?

Unsure if I should take the MCAT a third time (esp for MD) . Looking for any advice!

Current stats:

1. CA ORM
2. 2 gap years
3. cGPA - 3.95, sGPA - 3.89 from a T20 (upwards trend)
4. MCAT - 507 (127/123/128/129), retake from last year
5. Research - wet lab (600 hrs, w/ poster), biotech lab (500 hrs)
6. Clinical - shadowing (50 hrs), volunteer (200 hrs), medical assistant (projected 1000 hrs)
7. Teaching - TA (1000 hrs)
8. Volunteering - food bank (400 hrs), social activism org (200 hrs)

Not gunning for any med schools in particular. Most likely applying to both MD (strong preference) and DO, but would like to know where I stand with MD schools.

Got a 503! CARS is basically dragging down my score tho - got 123 both times.
