You have done an incredible job on your path here. Mark disadvantaged down on AMCAS as it primarily refers to your experiences growing up. I would remove Rutgers as I do not believe they take many OOS students, even if they are from NY.

You could add:
Oakland
Hackensack
St Louis
MCW
Ohio State
Cincinnati
IU (Rank their Indianapolis campus as your highest vs their smaller ones)
Case
NYU
Cornell
Columbia

Wow, thank you all so much! Will do! @chilly_md @Goro @Faha

@chilly_md — I had no idea disadvantage could still be applied, thank you for that advice as I absolutely will and thank you for your kind words!

Disadvantaged definitely applies to describing your childhood/adolescent environment (housing/food insecure with an emphasis on insecure?). Some hard-working admissions professional from your home state would probably recognize your zip code and/or high school to confirm.
