Hello, looking to get some insight into my school list! Currently I feel like it is very top heavy, would like some recommendations/ cut it down a bit

cGPA/sGPA: 3.91
MCAT: 520 (132/126/132/130)
CA Resident, born in Asia, no other ties
East Asian
Mid tier state school

Experiences:
320 hours clinical volunteering
220 hours working as a MA
800 hours research, 2 abstract, 1 poster
40 hours in person shadowing, 30 hours virtual shadowing
150 hours non-clinical volunteering in various activities
120 hours non clinical volunteering (covid related activity)
200 hours TAing
400 hours board position in one club, 200 hours board in another club
Crocheting as a hobby; had a small shop

It's for the 2024 cycle. I graduated a semester early in December 2022. I shadowed family medicine for the in person and various specialties for virtual. For volunteer work, I grouped them together as I did it though a service club and I volunteered at the local food bank, marathons, etc and made packages for people experiencing homelessness. I have my application submitted for review with one school for now.

I am not 100% sure how much of the hours come from each activity unfortunately. I am not sure if I could still be involved in individual marathons and projects, but I plan to continue volunteering at the local food bank. It won't be reflected on my app but maybe for the reapp if needed!
