For the sake of the WAMC analysis which you may want to consider for your W/A prep:
Separate your hours based on what you did as a leader/co-founder setting up and running your NPO (leadership) from your time working directly with people in need that your organization helps (service orientation?).

516 is not low for any race/ethnicity group IMO.
