howard is a hbcu, your chances as a non-minority are not good at all
UF is extremely difficult to get in OOS, and the ones that they choose tend to have high stats

I currently work full time in Boston temporarily but plan to fully move back in with my family in New Jersey. This makes it difficult to attend events in person. Do they have virtual events I could attend to express interest?

You'll have to do some research as how to increase your chances at Rutgers.

Whats the DAT average? may even need to do DAT retake to really increase your chances

So you didn't do Gateway to Dentistry or other recruitment events, even when they were virtual during the pandemic? No virtual recruitment fair visits?
