Last cycle I was foolish and only applied to one school: OHSU. Unfortunately I did not matriculate at the time. Changes from my last year application include my updated MCAT, medical scribing, and OR shadowing. I am thinking to expand my list to 15-20 schools this year and am willing to apply both MD or DO. Could I get some insight into my chances and school recommendations? Thank you.

In addition to OHSU I suggest these schools:
California University (new school)
Tulane
Creighton
St. Louis
Rosalind Franklin
Loyola
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Western Michigan
NOVA MD
Vermont
Quinnipiac
New York Medical College
Hofstra
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
George Washington
Seton Hall
Eastern Virginia
You should receive several interviews from this list but submit all your secondaries by the end of August.

Thank you for the expansive list of suggestions. I will definitely look into these schools and plan on submitting my secondaries by the end of the month. Are there anymore schools closer to the west coast I have decent chances at? I'm open to a new environment, but think I would be most comfortable near home.

Thank you @Goro and @Faha for the recommendations. Would either of you or anyone else viewing this thread know if I would be academically competitive for the HPSP through any of the military branches?
