12 schools may seem like a lot, but ucla, ucsf, and uop are huge reaches with your bio and ts scores
and a lot of the rest of your list are publics that may take oos students, but they usually work with ones with higher bio and ts...

Your "in state" should be Washington through WWAMI. Not sure how the subscores below 18 will be received but since not many applicants come from Alaska, you may have a chance there. Have you heard from any other schools?

Not yet, most of them are "under review". I'm planning to apply for Air Force Scholarship.
