Thank you! Very similar to what I had in mind. Your input is greatly appreciated. In your opinion, are there any specific major deficits I can patch up (other than the clinical experience which I am already working on) during the application cycle?

Stop shadowing if you really claim 1200 hours.

So any networking with schools? If you are really looking to start next year, you should look up DO schools to include.

Yes, I already stopped shadowing ~1 year ago but wasn't sure how that would be perceived. Glad to hear that it won't stand out as a red flag.

No notable networking to speak of. The teaching positions were held during COVID which made any sort of networking very difficult for a multitude of reasons.

I do plan on also applying to NYITCOM and PCOM.
