I plan on applying to Ok State COM and I'm IS applicant. Although I have only a 3.0 sgpa I have accumulated over 4000 hours of clinical experience helping the elderly, developmentally disabled and covid patients

You should apply to many more schools than OSU-COM with your GPA of 3.0 and MCAT of 500. I suggest all these:

PCOM Georgia and South Georgia
LUCOM
WVSOM
UP-KYCOM
Noorda-COM
LECOM (all schools)
ATSU-SOMA
Apply in June and submit all your secondaries by July.
