Waitlist Terminology??

The waitlist email I got said I was a strong candidate and one of several on the list? Does anyone have any input on what this means? Are my chances relatively high since they underlined strong?

This school doesnt give information regarding waitlist number or how many people are on the list in total so it's vague.

It's hard to say, as lots of schools simply send generic emails. You likely are a strong candidate, but so is everyone else on the list. Otherwise, if you weren't a strong one, you would have been rejected instead. All you can do is hope that people reject their seats.
