MD & DO Volunteer Opportunities In SE Asia for Pre or Medical Students

I will be in South East Asia this summer and was wondering if anyone knows of a volunteer organization in the medical field/sites for premedical or medical students? I know some organizations require that you are an MD already or last year of medical residency.
