World Vets is a nonprofit organization that provides veterinary aid all over the world. We are based in washington state and run by volunteer veterinarians. We have volunteer opportunities for pre-vet and vet students to work on our projects. Gain valuable experience, looks great on vet school applications and its fun. Our projects range from remote spay/neuter clinics on tropical islands to treating horses in Honduras to scuba diving with whale sharks to collect research data. We work with all types of animals. Projects are typically 7-10 days. Training is provided if needed. If you have experience, even better! Work with veterinarians in a unique environment. We are always updating our site with new trips.
