Vocabularily for MCAT/CARs advice

Anyone have any advice for passages where you do not understand the vocab? Any apps or advice to learn vocabulary better?

Also if I cannot afford Jack Wetstins course, what you you recommend for me? I want to do well, but don't have $1500 to spend. I bought Exam Krackers 101 passages, hyperlearning too. Any other advice?
