Visa checkcards

Hey all,
I am not sure if this is a dumb question...How do visa checkcards affect your credit rating? Do they count? Does it help it since you are paying for stuff in full and on time because it's automatic? thanks

Doesn't mean a thing when it comes to credit ratings. Only credit cards, loans, etc.

i used to have one that had overdraft protection and it is on my credit report. i don't know if it's used to calculate my score, but anyone who orders a copy of my report will see it (it's listed as Bank X Visa card). but i'm pretty sure the one i have now does not appear on my credit report (but maybe i should double check). maybe it depends on the bank?
