I am applying for the vascular neurology fellowship for the 2020 match. I would appreciate if someone with expertise give an overview of 1st,2nd and Middle tier fellowship programs to apply for, AMG vs IMG preference and some insight about the research works that fellows are able to complete during their 1 year fellowship training.
