UTSW Housing

I will be moving to Dallas to attend UTSW residency program. I was wondering if anyone has an opinion on Inwood on the Park or 5225 Maple Ave. I am mostly concerned with safety and proximity to the UTSW campus. Any opinion on the two places or any advice on where to live?
