USUHS, HPSP, or National Guard during Med School

Hi all. So a little background on me: I am currently an undergrad studying Business with a minor in health administration, and pre med as well, and am also a 68W (healthcare specialist aka medic) in the national guard with an infantry unit. By the time I graduate, my guard contract will be over and I will officially be a civilian again. I was wondering what you all have to say about USUHS, the HPSP program, or rejoining the Guard during Med school. From my understanding, being a part of the guard will allow me to get O-1 pay every month even though I only need to drill about once every three months and then the usual 2 week drill over the summer, as well as getting 250K of tuition assistance/loan forgiveness. Also with the guard my service commitment would only be 4 years in the guard after residency from what I hear as well. Can anyone confirm all that information?
And can you all give some opinion on the benefits of going to USUHS, taking on the HPSP scholarship, or going Guard? Also my understanding is that USUHS and HPSP requires active duty time?
My end goal is to be a doctor and I will do whatever it takes to get there, but I also would like to not be dying in debt afterwards and I would also like to have some flexibility and to live a normal civilian life, and a chance to do residency at LA County hospital for emergency medicine and internal medicine(which is why I like the guard).

And you are wrong on a number of the guard details...I'll let you take a second to do a bit of your own research on it. Come back when you have a more thorough look and we can confirm what's right and wrong
