Using MKSAP questions for Step 3?

I have a set of MKSAP books with questions in the back and was wondering how different MKSAP questions are from the real test. I'm also doing UWorld questions and needed some more questions that I could study with until my exam date. Any other question banks you would recommend besides UWorld?

Really no other Qbank other than uworld is required but its not like it hurts to do mksap
