USC secondary/Secondaries in general

I received an email from USC that had a secondary app to fill out and send back. Does anyone know if this is a sign that I am being considered for an interview, or does everyone who applies get this form?

Also, has anyone received secondaries from other schools? I know Tulane also sends one out, any know of any other programs that do this?

USC = Southern California or South Carolina?

the tulane secondary seems like a formality pretty much, it doesnt ask anything much of any importance, just the same information that was on ur CAS...
