urgent help needed

I am taking step 2 in few days. Recently I requested a step 2 practice session permit to take a CBT practice session at prometric. I got that permit today but I don't think I will be able to take a practice session due to time conflicts with other things. Now what do I have to do? Do I have to call USMLE/NBME to tell them that I won't be taking practice session. Please reply.

It would probably be more timely to call Thomson Prometric than waiting for replies on here. I don't have the answer by the way, otherwise I'd give you a heads up.
