Hi, I am trying to go to this Walter E. Dandy neurosurgery society this Saturday in St. Louis. I thought I couldn't go this summer bc. of prior commitments, but then I just realized today that they have another date available (which is this Saturday).

Could anyone tell me what they think my chances are of calling this place in the morning and them having a spot for me to go on Saturday/Sunday?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

There was a discussion about this society on UncleHarvey a little while ago. I do not want to discourage you at all, but most folks said that while these events were amazing experiences, they would be hesitant to put them on their ERAS. Apparently, there is a divide in the neurosurgery community related to how residency training should be structured. On one side is the WEDNS, and on the other AANS/CNS/CSNS.

Again, I hear you can have fantastic experiences with WEDNS. It might be worth a call.
