sorry. i guess my post didnt show up. here's what i meant to post:

what do you guys think about the pharmacy program at the university of pittsburgh? i know if you apply as an incoming freshman for pre-pharm and met certain critereas, you could automatically be given a reserved spot into their pharmacy school.

does anyone know what those critereas are and if it's hard to get that guarenteed spot? are there also any other colleges who do this?

University of Pittsburg School of pharmacy is a competitive program . If you?re already attending Pittsburg, I believe that with a 3.0 you?re guarantee a spot, Purdue University works the same way.
However as a transfer student, it is a different ball game. My friend applied for this cycle, he got rejected with a 3.7 GPA and six year of nursing assistant experience. Another friend of mine applied with a 3.4 GPA and five years of pharmacy experience, he also got rejected.
