Hello everyone!

I was wondering if anyone has received their letter from OU HSC for the DPT program? If you have received your letter, what did your stats look like? (There is also a main thread for stats but curious about OU applicants only).

I know about one person who received their acceptance letter before the February 1st deadline - they were an early entry applicant, but not sure whether or not they accepted.

Not sure if any oklahoma bound students even look on here, but I received my acceptance letter in the mail today.


University: Oklahoma City university (class of 2007)
Major: mass communications, broadcasting (minor in Sports Management)
Overall GPA: 3.64
Pre-Req GPA: 4.00
GRE: 151 V, 150 Q, 4.0 AW

Total observations hours: 550+ (Primarily from PT tech at outpatient clinic, but also observed pediatrics and level one trauma)

Acceptances: university of oklahoma

Rejections: none

University: Oklahoma City University + multiple others for prereqs. I'm non-trad and took every pre-req as a 28-29 year old.
Major: Exercise Science
Overall GPA: 3.55
Pre-Req GPA: 4.00
GRE: 158 V, 153 Q, 4.0 AW

Total observations hours: 120 (outpatient ortho, inpatient geriatrics)

Congratulations! We have very similar entries - both non-traditionals from OCU! I took all my pre-reqs (at OCCC) while being 28-29, too (will be turning 30 before we start, though. Eek! Ha). Look forward to meeting you this summer!
