The 2011-2012 Candidate guide for the NERB at University of Florida Gainesville states that their delivery units come with a, "Dentsply, SPS Cavitron line for 30 K (only) ultrasonic" and that you must supply your own, "Dentsply, Cavitron 30K Sterimate handpiece AND all 30K ultrasonic inserts."
Can anyone shed some light on this. It's unclear to me whether the actual cavitron is provided. Is there a cavitron at each unit or just the line to plug in your own cavitron. It says to bring your own handpiece and insert, but I find it hard to believe they actually provide the cavitron unit.
