Hey guys
Me and another medical student at UC have gotten an apartment lined up for this fall and we are looking for another roommate. We have already signed the lease on a 3 BR/ 2BA apartment (3213 Vine St) literally right across the street from the Hospital and Pharmacy School. You honestly cannot get any closer, its less than a 5 minute walk. You can check it out on Google Maps at the link below. It is the brick house with green railings and the Now Leasing sign. Me and the other roommate already made the trip up from NC to check it out in person and it real nice on the inside too. Rent is $417 per person and that includes Internet. The other utilities we will split 3 ways. The lease will start Sept 1st. Please contact me if you are interested or have any questions whatsoever about the place
