Hi there,
I'm a JD-MPH student at University of Arizona and would love to rent the second room/bathroom in my house to a health professional student. I figure we have similar study habit...but wont have anything to stress each other out about.
The house is approxmiately 3 miles from the medical center and has off-street parking in addition to being 2 blocks from a "Cat Tran" stop. It's in a quiet, friendly neighborhood and is walking distance to trader joe's and other shops. It's approximately 1300sq ft with washer/dryer, dishwasher, A/C and is owned by a friendly doctor/lawyer couple.
I have also have a small dog, so if that bothers you, no need to reply.
