Undergrad and then Caribbean

I am a student currently studying biomedical sciences and am just about to enter my second year. I was contemplating about going to the caribbean after my second year. Are there any medical schools in the caribbean that actually take into consideration the amount of undergrad i did here in canada? If so which ones and how many years might they adjust your program by or what courses do you have to take for them to make an adjustment?
