Honestly, those numbers aren't that different; as long as you are happy with how you described the experiences I think you are fine. Certainly not something worth worrying about.

I already submitted my primary app, but I realized that I underestimated the hours for a couple of activities that I've been involved in for a few years and have leadership positions in. I wanted to keep my hours as realistic as possible, but I don't think the hours I chose accurately reflect the effort that I put in. For one of the activities, I put 220 hours instead of 330, and for another activity, I put 470 hours instead of 550.
1) Is my underestimation of hours significant enough to affect my chances?
2) Is there a way for me to call the people at AMCAS and ask them to change m hours?
3) I feel like an idiot for not inflating my hours like other applicants supposedly do (?) Thank you!
1) No. The hours you've claimed are sufficiently substantial.

2) No.

3) Your hours are probably more believable.
