UK Medic wants job in Malaysia

I wonder if anyone can help.
I am a UK medic, currently a SpR in gastroenterology. Gained MRCP (UK) IN 2005. I am British, but my wife is Malaysian. We are hoping to move back to Malaysia.
Dose anyone know how we go about getting a job and training in Malaysia?
