UCSF updated eligibility criteria

We received the following link from ERAS today regarding UCSF graduate medical education. http://medschool.ucsf.edu/gme/pdf/RevisedEligibility-SelectionPolicyMay2009.pdf

Apparently they want us to have a passing Step 2 CS score report prior to ranking. My dean called the peds department at UCSF and they said that they wouldn't hold students to this while ranking. Does anyone know if UCSF's rad onc will hold applicants to this?

Since this is the first year that these changes are being implemented, exceptions can and will be made.
