MD [TX] WAMC 3.65cGPA 517 MCAT

Hey guys, so my situation involves a bit of a lower end GPA and I'm wondering what my chances are:

cGPA: 3.65
sGPA: 3.54
MCAT: 517 (96th percentile: ~35-36 on the old exam)

Shadowing:

• 180 hours with a general practitioner
• 20 hours with IM physician

Clinical volunteering:

• 150 hours at a psychiatry clinic

Non-clinical volunteering:

• 300 hours spread between two organizations
• 100 misc. hours for fraternity service projects

Leadership:

• Founder/president of a non-profit that funds cancer research and does 50k annually in revenue - 2 years/2000 hours
• AMSA officer for a year.
• Coordinator for student involvement at Dell medical school. Worked closely with the leadership at Dell to help build the new curriculum - 6 months/200 hours.

Work experience:

• 1000 hours as a server throughout first two years of college

Research:

• 2 years in a molecular biology lab. ~1500 hours, two pending publications that I'm third author on.

I plan on applying to all of the Texas schools my first round.
