Yeah that's what I thought, I won't include it.

@DoctorStrange - I don't know if you think that I was going to try to pass it off as I had actually tutored those courses or not...If I were to include them it would have been to show that my professors/school had selected my to tutor not that I actually tutored.

But I'm in agreement with freakingoutabit, it would be confusing on an application.

Not at all. I'm saying that it's pointless to put something you were asked to do but didn't end up doing, which is the scenario you presented.
