Transition from ATC to DPT

Any ATC successfully transferred into a DPT program? If so, how was the experience?

Not sure what you mean by "transferred." We have a licensed ATC in my class, but I'm pretty sure she applied like everyone else.

Im an ATC and am currently in first year of my DPT program. Im only 4 weeks in, but it's going well so far!

I went from ATC to PT program 30 years ago and I was the defacto teaching assistant in the ortho classes and anatomy lab. makes it a lot easier IMO

applying for and attending PT school as AT really isn't any different from anyone else. Except that you will already have been exposed to a good chunk of the ortho content.
