TopScore vs. Real thing

I am retaking the DAT in June 2006. I need to improve my biology and PAT scores. When i took the first TopScore test i scored

19 Bio
18 PAT

Are these scores close the actual DAT in difficulty? These are the kind of scores i will need to get since whe i first took the DAT i scored 16's in both catergories. I have been studying out of Schaums outline for bio. Should i also buy the campbell book for bio, or is the Schaum outline i have already sufficient? Thanks alot
