ok this is a case of preeclampsia & breech she was admitted the day she arrived and eleective cs was done for severe fetal distress
the patient was severely jaundiced
after delivery liver function test done and was elevated
plateletes low
ok this patient has HELLP syndrome which persist after delivery?
how u manage this case
referal to internal medecine was done but still the patient is jaudiced
and the wound is oozing
this is very interesting case i want to hear ur opinion and how u ll mnage this cae
